これまでは回ごとの袋で楽譜を整理していたが、思い切って作曲家別の整理函に入れ直す。トロッタ14回分とボッサの会などの膨大な楽譜。Youtubeの記録映像でも証明されるが、大変な数だ。トロッタ15回目の函にも楽譜が入りつつある。これらを眠らせず、再演、再々演したい思いが芽生える。
誰のどんな曲が好きですかとしばしば訊かれる。ストラヴィンスキーの、ヴェルディの、メシアンの、ベルクの、などと答えればいいのだろうが、私の答えは、トロッタの作曲家のトロッタの曲が好き、というもの。それ以外に答えられないし、答えたくない。私にはトロッタの人と曲こそが大事だ。
スタンダードとすべき、文字通りにクラシックな大作曲家の曲を理想とし、それに向けて歩まなければならないとしても、トロッタで生まれた曲を、作曲家が思っている以上の域に高められたかというと疑問だ。それほどの表現をしてきたか？ トロッタを全うするだけで一生分の人生があっても足りない。
